Review performance management documents, manage conflicts among employees, oversee and advise on AWAs, and evaluate requests for accommodations; support emergency response/crisis management cases (for example, wellbeing), employee separations, FMLA, leaves of absence, transfers, relocations, and review outside employment requests. Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university preferably in human resource management, organizational development, or business administration, or the equivalent work experience; master's degree from an accredited college/university in an HR-related field, or PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
