Compensation:$250,000 - $350,000Responsibilities:The OpportunityYou will take a leading role in representing policyholders against insurance companies in high-stakes disputes involving:Insurance bad faith and wrongful claim denialsFire losses, property damage, and catastrophic insurance claimsInsurance coverage disputes and policy rescissionUnreasonable claims handling, delays, and underpaymentCommercial and residential insurance litigationComplex, high-value settlement negotiations and trialsYou will work directly with firm leadership, exercise substantial professional judgment, and have the opportunity to help shape and expand a growing practice.
