The EHSS Manager provides direct leadership to EHSS personnel and partners closely with operations, human resources, maintenance, engineering, and leadership teams to identify risks, implement corrective actions, improve performance metrics, and maintain a safe, secure, healthy, and compliant work environment across all shifts and site operations. The EHSS Manager is responsible for leading, developing, and managing all EHSS programs and personnel across assigned facilities and operations to ensure the protection of employees, contractors, visitors, company assets, and business operations.
