The Senior Manager of Operations provides leadership and oversight for The Arc Howard County's operational infrastructure, including facilities and building systems, fleet assets, technology infrastructure and support, vendor and contract management, workplace safety, OSHA compliance, physical security, emergency preparedness, and operational projects.
