Have Many of The Following: • Bachelors Degree in Accounting • Licensed CPA, or working towards CPA certification • At least 2 years of public accounting experience, with experience leading multiple engagements and supervising staff • Experience serving clients in the healthcare industry, including healthcare systems, hospitals, post-acute care facilities, and both for-profit and not-for-profit entities • Understanding of uniform guidance as it relates to healthcare organizations • Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills including familiarity with US GAAP due to the complexity of the engagements in this sector • Exceptional client service and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships • Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing projects in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment • Strong leadership, training, and mentoring skills, coupled with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to represent the Firm well to client's management • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management skills, strong attention to detail, and proven innovative problem-solving skills • Ability to travel as needed. In this position, you will take a lead role on all aspects of audit engagements, from planning to completion, to include supervision/mentoring of staff and building/maintaining relationships with clients.
