The Vice President, Accounting and Controller serves as the senior leader responsible for the Company’s controllership function and related shared services, including Accounting, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Tax, Treasury, Purchasing, financial reporting, and internal controls. Partner with the SVP Finance and Accounting and executive leadership to ensure the Company is prepared for financing, refinancing, transaction, due diligence, or valuation processes by maintaining clean financial records, reliable reporting, supportable accounting policies, disciplined controls, and readily available documentation.
