<div><strong>Job Title:</strong> Maintenance Controls Manager<br/> Location: Conway, SC onsite<br/> Duration: Direct Hire<br/> Salary: $100-110K</div><div><br/></div><div><strong>Responsibilities of Position:</strong></div><ul><li>Takes a leadership role to maintain a World Class Safety program and Safety Performance.</li><li>Sets goals, develops and implements programs to achieve plant and business objectives.</li><li>Increases on-stream time and reduce costs through improved equipment reliability.</li><li>Tracks/trends reliability metrics (including TBC and costs).</li><li>Effective application of preventive, predictive, and proactive tools/programs.</li><li>Takes an active role in maintenance activities: Plan, conduct, analyze and summarize plant performance improvement trials.</li><li>Coordinate with engineers, maintenance and operators in the implementation of new process operating conditions and procedures.</li><li>Responds as required to specific equipment and performance problems.</li><li>Maintains integrity of all drawings, specifications, programs, compliance/inspection records, and other documentation.</li><li>Adheres to all ISO system requirements.</li></ul><div><strong>Key Success Factors:</strong></div><ul><li>Ability to develop and implement reliability programs to achieve business goals.</li><li>Achieve cost reduction through simplification of part/component design.</li><li>Increase in Plant capacity.</li></ul><div><strong>Attributes/Skills Required/Sought:</strong></div><ul><li>Excellent organizational, planning, and communication skills.</li><li>Technical background.</li><li>Strong motivator of people.</li><li>Goal oriented team player.</li><li>Understand impact of on-stream time on variable cost and capacity-productivity.</li><li>Utilize cost benefit analysis to determine priorities.</li><li>Apply Six Sigma tools to help reduce cost and increase plant capacity.</li><li>Strong interpersonal communication skills w/ ability to continuously. communicate with maintenance & plant operations.</li><li>Excellent organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Technical competence in reliability techniques and equipment.</li></ul><div><strong>Experience/Education Required/Sought:</strong></div><ul><li>BS or MS in mechanical engineering with experience in highly technical operations/facility management.</li><li>Product/Process development.</li><li>5-7 years' experience in Industrial/Manufacturing environment.</li><li>Six Sigma Skills a plus.</li><li>Maintenance Engineering skills are required.</li><li>Excellent computer skills needed.
