The Back of House Team Member function will consist of the following roles: Runner, Flat Top, Char Grill, Dishwasher, Tortilla, Cold Prep and other non-management roles as assigned for example; Cashier, Lobby, Line Cook, Expeditor, Salad, Drive Through, To Go. Ability to communicate distinctly with appropriate pauses and emphasis; correct pronunciation (or sign equivalent); and variation in word order using present, perfect, and future tenses.
