Reporting to the Resident Superintendent, the Porter will clean lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, shared amenities, and exterior areas; manage trash and recycling; support snow and ice removal; and assist with apartment turnovers, deliveries, vendors, and basic maintenance activities as directed. The Porter must promptly report leaks, safety concerns, security issues, equipment problems, and other building conditions; follow sanitation and emergency procedures; and adjust daily priorities when weather, repairs, or operational needs require.
