Principal Responsibilities: As a member of our Health & Wellness Management Team, the Welcome Desk Manager (Manager) will have a clear understanding and be committed to the mission and vision of the JCC.The Manager will provide and oversee excellent customer service experiences for our members at welcome desks and throughout wellness facilities.
