Working closely with field operations, clients, and project teams, the Senior Project Manager/Estimator oversees project strategy, financial performance, scheduling, contract requirements, changes, and client relationships while providing leadership and guidance to other project management and estimating team members. Provides overall management direction to multiple projects, establishing project directives including coordinates pre-construction meetings for projects awarded to ensure communication and coordination between project managers, field, and office support.
