About the Role As a BOH Team Member / BAKER, you will be responsible for opening the bakery early in the morning, mixing dough, and preparing fillings and glazes. Responsibilities include food quality management, training, proficiency in using our baker management tools, safety and sanitation practices, working to ensure the best food cost and food waste in the bakery department, and execution to offer fresh and delicious goods to our customers on a daily basis.
