The Loan Officer Assistant / Mortgage Outreach Specialist will support our Loan Officers by making outbound calls, speaking with potential borrowers, identifying interest, gathering basic information, and transferring qualified prospects to a licensed Loan Officer. Unless properly licensed and authorized, this position does not include quoting rates, discussing loan terms, taking mortgage applications, issuing pre-approvals, or providing mortgage advice.
