Conducts detailed, onsite walk-through surveys (ranging from single-day visits to multi-day assignments) to inspect mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, fire and life safety systems, building envelopes, and site improvements. 0-3 years of experience in building evaluation, field inspection, or construction operations, with a working understanding of major building systems: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, fire and life safety, structural, building envelope, material handling.
