Associates are responsible for various functions in Operations which could include correspondence, reports, clearing outstanding debits, resolution of escalated issues, processing and investigating payments, correspondence, client requests, account updates, scanning, stock transfers, check and Fed wire disbursements, check stop payments, etc. The Shareworks Services & Operations Associate is responsible for account maintenance, disbursements, transfers, and research for the Brokerage @ Work business.
