Establish shared priorities and operating mechanisms across Transformation Programs, AI Engineering, and Demo Engineering, partnering with technical leaders and SA innovators to build and scale tools, demos, and automated workflows that measurably improve SA productivity and user outcomes. 3+ years of experience directly managing and developing high-performing teams in program management, strategy, operations, product, engineering, or a comparable discipline, including experience managing through another people leader and maintaining accountability without taking over day-to-day execution.
