The Licensed Assistant Behavior Analyst (LABA) provides behavioral interventions to assigned consumers under the supervision of a Behavior Analyst. This policy includes, but is not limited to: recruitment, employment, promotion, demotion, transfer, termination, compensation, benefits, layoffs, training, and social and recreational programs.
