Must-have qualifications include experience working in the field on commercial construction projects, ability to manage subcontractors, site logistics, and daily construction operations, strong understanding of scheduling, safety, quality control, and project execution, proven communication and leadership skills in a construction environment, and willingness to travel and relocate between project assignments as required. Preferred experience includes superintendent or assistant superintendent experience on large commercial projects, experience with ground-up construction and major renovation/addition projects, background in senior living, hospitality, industrial, automotive, or other large-scale commercial markets, and experience managing projects valued up to $60M or greater.
