Minimum Education and Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent Six months of experience as a hotel Bell Person/Doorperson or one year of experience in a hotel guest services position Must be able to communicate effectively in English Previous experience in a guest contact position Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
