Summary: The Biomedical Equipment Support Specialist- – Information Technology will have hands on understanding of basic network protocols, practical hands-on experience with Server back-ups, ACL, VPN, HL7, EMR connectivity, and Networking knowledge of configuring medical equipment to a network. The position collaborates with clinical, IT, and facilities teams to implement new technologies, maintain regulatory compliance, provide technical training, support disaster recovery planning, and ensure the safe, reliable operation of medical equipment throughout its lifecycle.
