Maintain a broad understanding of the assigned acquisition program; develop acquisition documentation to include SOW, PWS, SAMP, APB, ADM, CFDR, FDR, MFP, LCSP, ILSP, program protection plans, and FM deliverables spend plans, Congressional Briefs, inter-department and agency funding transfers, and develop funding strategies addressing emerging requirements and budget challenges. The directorate executes large-scale procurement and deployment of secure network and processing nodes, endpoints, gateways, and cross-domain-enabled services while strengthening cybersecurity through Zero Trust assessments, identity and access management improvements, and compliance-driven modernization.
