A qualified candidate should have one of the following credentials or experience: Board Certified Psychiatric Pharmacist (BCPP) OR a Graduate of PGY2 in psychiatry specialty in the last three (3) years on condition of achieving BCPP (within three (3) years) OR, a candidate who has successfully completed an ASHP accredited PGY1 Residency, with 1000 hours experience in collaborative drug therapy management in patient with Psychiatric disorders (within the past three (3) years) on condition of achieving BCCP (within three (3) years).
