In addition to managing advanced billing scenarios, the Senior Billing Specialist serves as a subject-matter expert, helps refine billing processes and controls, and supports cross-functional coordination for new products, programs, and process improvements. This role partners closely with Sales, Operations, Accounting, and Legal to resolve billing issues, ensure accurate revenue recognition, and maintain SOX-compliant documentation within the ERP system.
