Serve as a key finance partner to Plasma Power leadership, influencing decisions across growth, portfolio, pricing, resource allocation, customer opportunities, new product investments, capacity, margin expansion, and long-term value creation. Lead forecasting, annual operating plan, strategic planning, and recurring performance management for the assigned Plasma Power scope, with ownership of key drivers across revenue, margin, operating expenses, working capital, capital investment, and cash flow.
