Actively consult and provide for adoption ancillary products and services that mitigate loss exposure for company but also improve the client experience, including but not limited to: Pre-SKIP, Repossession and Remarketing, Claim Services, Tracking and Communication services (text, email, digital) flood determinations, ACH, digital collection, and electronic payments, inspection services, etc. Monitor proactively monthly HP and L reports, client experience reports, premium past due, service fee past due, administrative service fees, claims, loss experience, escrow admin fees, etc. to ensure the financial performance of the program services.
