This role involves frequent interaction via phone, online platforms, and in person, while helping patients understand and resolve account balances and navigate financial processes. We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Patient Financial Counselor to support patients with billing inquiries, payment options, and financial assistance.
We own or manage over a dozen communities in Wisconsin and beyond, offering independent senior housing, assisted living and memory care, skilled nursing and rehabilitation, low-income senior housing, home health and hospice services via Commonheart , management support and consulting. Educational Advancement/Training Opportunities (Wound care, IV administration etc., provided by our Illuminus Institute or Other External Qualifying Educational institution).
Gather parts for shipment ensuring the type and quantity of parts match the order, inspect product and remove defective parts, record and document parts for shipment, package parts according to the order, utilize small package shipment systems as provided by carriers to create tracking labels, create supporting shipping documentation, move order to delivery area. Duties include preparing and crating orders by processing requests according to the bill of materials; pulling parts; preparing parts for shipment or assembly kits; verify accuracy of order; and complete associated electronic transactions in warehouse management system prior to parts leaving the area.
