This position is responsible for sales order status and tracking, managing sales orders and expedites, sales process improvements, POS troubleshooting and administration, sales territory adjustments, and providing support for customer service and the Sr POS Administrator. Manage customer or distributor portals: Purchase Orders for Order Entry, Sales Order Acknowledgements, Advanced Shipment Notices, Promise Dates, Invoices, Order Changes, etc.
