You will oversee workflow, manage job queues, mentor and cross-train operators, and roll up your sleeves to set up, operate, and calibrate industrial finishing assets—including high-speed automated paper cutters, CNC flatbed routers, wide-format laminators, and specialized bindery lines. Independently program, set up, calibrate, operate, and troubleshoot industrial finishing equipment, including programmable Guillotine paper cutters, CNC flatbed routers/cutters (Zünd/Kongsberg style), wide-format roll/sheet laminators, folders, and stitchers.
