Must have a high-level of repair knowledge of HVAC systems (including chilled water systems), control systems, building automation, plumbing, lighting, generators, locks, alarm suppression systems, electrical distribution, drywall and other structural related repair actions. Execute, supervise, and inspect the operations and maintenance of all building equipment; including the testing, overhauling, installation, and repair of sophisticated refrigeration, dehumidification, air-conditioning, ventilation, and heating systems.
