Play the key role in strategic planning, business planning, and budget planning by: Participating to develop a strategic plan for the college, including measurable goals and objectives; assisting the President, to develop financial strategies that support short and long term sustainability of the college; and leading the development of a five-year business plan pro forma to achieve the college's goals and objectives. Demonstrate a strong knowledge of GAAP, FASB, GASB and other regulatory rules and pronouncements, have practical working experience of all activities related to the general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, income tax, purchasing, contracting, auditing, banking, and other business- and finance-related subjects.
