Pest Service Professional will conduct home and property inspections by identifying potential and actual pest problems, remove unwanted pests including but not limited to roaches, rats, ants, bedbugs, etc., and offer detailed plans on how to effectively treat infestation areas and design further control strategies such as Integrated Pest Management. Physical requirements include exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 30 pounds of forces frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move object in addition to climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, grasping, talking, hearing and repetitive motions.
