What you'll need: • Sufficient experience that allowed you to build a sizable book of business • Necessary licenses for your appropriate lines of business • Strong sales / producer abilities • Ability to handle high-volume deals, generating quotes and servicing policies quickly • Excellent communication skills: both in-person and written • Organized and detail oriented • A natural desire to see things through and a history of being scrappy when it counts • Willingness and ability to travel depending on the needs of clients, Agents, and new business. What you'll do: • Drive sales and new carrier appointments to grow QuoteWells footprint • Support the continued evolution of wholesale operations at QuoteWell • Develop, maintain and cultivate client and agent relationships • Solicit, market, quote, bind, and confirm new and existing business • Negotiate the best terms and coverages available with accessible markets • Partner with our Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to build solutions to streamline efforts across the full policy lifecycle in the surplus lines space.
