The successful candidate will drive commercial growth, shape product and solution strategy, strengthen key industry relationships, and position State Street as a leading partner to retirement plan sponsors, consultants, advisors, recordkeepers, and other retirement intermediaries. Lead the development, commercialization, and positioning of innovative retirement solutions, including target date strategies, retirement income, indexing, active investments, and solutions addressing emerging participant and plan sponsor needs.
