Beyond the recruiting-to-employment transition, the Workforce Administration Lead helps operate the administrative infrastructure supporting employees throughout their time with Entrega, including onboarding, employee changes, workforce records and systems, benefits administration coordination, employee services, and offboarding. Working closely with Talent Acquisition, Resource Operations, HR Operations, managers, and other internal stakeholders, the Workforce Administration Lead will coordinate the transition from accepted hire through pre-employment requirements, employment setup, onboarding, and workforce readiness.
