The Business Systems Analyst consults with stakeholders to gather and define requirements; assist with design and configuration of systems; implement new systems and/or enhance existing systems; write and execute test plans; troubleshoot and resolve system issues; deliver training and guidance to end users and system/service owners; develop and maintain system documentation; prepare robust reports to enhance strategic business decisions.

To perform duties related to the implementation, management, maintenance, enhancement, support and decommission of critical software systems, whether purchased through a third party or developed internally.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, or related field (Master s preferred), 3 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, ideally within IT Finance in healthcare organizations, Experience with Microsoft Office applications, Advanced knowledge of Excel functions, Must have extensive experience with pivot tables, VLOOKUP and similar functions, graphs, projections, forecasting, Strong understanding of healthcare financial processes (i,e,cost accounting, budgeting), Experience with ERP systems (i,e,Oracle, Strata) and familiarity with Business Intelligence tools (i,e,Tableau). o Support financial data governance, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance with healthcare regulations, o Develop and maintain dashboards, KPIs, and financial reports tailored to healthcare operations (e,g, patient revenue, payer mix, cost per procedure), o Provide ad-hoc analysis to support finance leadership in evaluating healthcare service line profitability and efficiency, Perform other duties as assigned.
