Working closely with executive leadership, the Senior Program Manager will strengthen key client relationships, identify new business opportunities, expand multidisciplinary services, and lead high-performing teams in delivering complex commercial site/civil development programs throughout Florida and the Southeast. This role combines program leadership, business development, financial accountability, and team development to build profitable, sustainable client programs across Retail, Mixed-Use, Industrial, and other private development markets.
