Maintain the Firm's pitch tracking processes, including tracking pursuit activity, monitoring pending opportunities, maintaining databases and supporting reporting efforts Support the Firm's federal funding monitoring program through research, tracking and distribution of relevant information Maintain and update the Firm's business development tracking systems, including pursuits, opportunities, visibility activities and related reporting Collect and track notable matters, representative experience, success stories and other content used for business development and marketing purposes Conduct business, market, client and competitive intelligence research and distribute relevant information to attorneys and business development team members Maintain business development records, content repositories and research resources within the Firm's document management systems Assist with a variety of short- and long-term business development projects and day-to-day requests. Support attorney onboarding and biography processes, including bio development, approvals, publication and ongoing profile updates Assist with the development of pitches, proposals, presentations and responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs).
