Lead end-to-end transaction execution for site acquisitions supporting the NACF network, including site sourcing, financial analysis, deal structuring, lease and purchase negotiations, and transaction closing for large-scale fulfillment center projects across North America. Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams including Operations, Building Design, Pre-Construction, Construction Management, Finance, Legal, Asset Management, Economic Development, and Public Relations to ensure seamless project delivery.
