This leadership role will be responsible for supervising, directing, and mentoring engineers across several disciplines including process, mechanical, geotechnical, civil, structural, EI&C, CADD, and other related engineering fields. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing engineering resources, supporting project execution, maintaining technical excellence, and fostering a collaborative team culture within our operations.
