This role blends hands-on operational oversight of the building's extensive amenities-such as concierge and valet services, resort-style pools, spa and wellness facilities, state-of-the-art fitness centers, private dining, and event and entertainment spaces-with the administrative and organizational responsibilities of property management and is responsible for the various tasks involved in the overall day-to-day operation of the property, including managing and developing team members. The Assistant General Manager provides management, direction, and leadership-alongside the General and Residential Manager-to ensure that an ultra-luxury, highly amenitized condominium is maintained and operated at a five-star, white-glove level and in accordance with Related Management Company objectives.
