Manage a caseload of targeted students (approximately 50-75) and provide weekly interventions and instructions, as well as assess and report back to the regional leadership team the academic progress of each student on the caseload, track EL enrollment and student progress monthly and create action plans based on needs at their center and develop an individualized academic plan for each EL student in their center. Staff opportunities to chaperone students on experiential learning trips to amazing places like Italy, China, Cuba, and Ireland, as well as in-country trips to DC, a ranch in the Rocky Mountains of Colorado, and a farm in Northern California.
