The Business Operations, Senior Associate is responsible for leading the planning and execution of Monthly Business Reviews (MBRs), Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Customer Engagement/Business Pipeline Events (CE/BPE), Bid & Proposal (B&P) budget forecasting and allocation, and other strategic operational rhythms that ensure alignment between growth leadership, capture, finance, and program delivery. B&P Budget Forecasting & Allocation: Lead the development and management of Bid & Proposal budget forecasts, working closely with Finance and Capture leadership to allocate resources against sector priorities and ensure fiscal discipline across the growth portfolio.
