Collaborate cross‑functionally with HR, Finance, Tax, IT, and external vendors, mentor junior staff, prepare payroll tax reports and projections, and support special projects as needed. Serve as primary liaison with the IRS and state/local tax agencies, researching notices, resolving discrepancies, coordinating payments, and supporting payroll tax audits.
