n\n Ability to develop andmonitorpolicies and procedures.\n \n\n Skill in theutilizationof project management software.\n \n\n Skill in organizing and working with teams andfacilitatingcross-functional meetings.\n \n\n Skill in the operation of a computer,utilizingdatabase, spreadsheet, and word processing software.\n \n\n Skill in the operation of an automatic transmission automobile.\n \n\n Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with individuals and groups.\n \n\n \nThese knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through completion of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Organizational Development, or a related area; four (4) years of project management or organizational change management experience; and four (4) years of experience in IT project delivery, applications, or systems analysis involving multiple computer subsystems, to include two (2) years of project leader responsibility or one (1) year of supervisory experience. \n\n Ability to negotiate contracts with vendors and consultants for services.\n \n\n Ability to develop, implement, and administer a budget, prepare budget requests, andmonitorexpenditures for budgetary compliance.\n \n\n Ability tomonitor, direct, and review the work activities of assigned personnel.\n \n\n Ability to conduct research; analyze, interpret, and report findings; and prepare narrative and statistical reports and presentations.\n
