In this role, you will document and map complete current processes/programs and recommend alternative administrative efficient processes/tools which significantly reduce the amount of administrative effort while addressing potential risks and act as a liaison between various stakeholders including, PCM staff, Materials Management staff, ITS staff, Finance staff and external vendors while providing analytical advice and expertise on industry best-practices, strategic procurement, and audit concerns. The Business Analyst will serve as a key bridge between the Procurement & Category Management (PCM) Department and SAP subject matter experts, supporting PCM's transition to SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba, with a focus on Services Procurement Requirements (i.e. Professional, Technical, Trades etc.) and Change Management, by working with various stakeholders to understand current business processes and linking process design work with system analysis, reporting, and process solutions.
