{Compensation Including Tips} Busser DutiesBussers help keep the dining area clean and ready for guests. Their main responsibilities include:Before Service: • Set tables with utensils, napkins, and glassware • Ensure tables are clean and arranged properly • Refill condiments, water pitchers, and restock service stations • Help polish tableware and glasswareDuring Service: • Clear dirty dishes and glassware from tables • Wipe down and reset tables quickly for new guests • Refill water and assist with guest needs • Support servers with additional tasks • Remove trash or full bus tubs from the floor areaAfter Service: • Deep-clean tables and chairs • Sweep and mop the floor • Restock supplies for the next shift • Help break down service stations Food Runner DutiesFood runners ensure food gets from the kitchen to the table efficiently and accurately.Before Service: • Learn table numbers and seating layout • Review menu and dish components to describe them to guests • Stock plates, trays, utensils, and garnishes at the expo lineDuring Service: • Run food from the kitchen to the correct table promptly • Ensure proper plate placement in front of guests • Communicate with servers if anything is missing from an order • Answer basic questions about menu items • Return dirty dishes to the kitchen when passing byAfter Service: • Help clean the expo line and runner stations • Reorganize trays and supplies • Communicate any issues during service to management Skills Required (Both Roles) • Teamwork • Time management • Communication • Attention to detail • Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentHappy Lamb Hot Pot is an international restaurant chain with over 100 outlets in more than 90 cities in 10 countries. Your responsibilities as a Busser/Runner will include, but are not limited to: <ul><li> Welcoming every guest into our restaurant with a smile </li><li> Setting up station for the shift </li><li> Ensuring silverware and condiments are on the table </li><li> Refilling drinks and pre-bussing </li><li> Running hot food to guests when ready in alley </li><li> Providing guest support for Servers as needed </li><li> Following all food safety and cleanliness standards </li><li> Clearing dishes from tables, resetting table, and cleaning seats and floors </li><li> Communicating table readiness </li><li> Breaking down items in the dish area </li></ul> What it Takes to Succeed (Physical Job Requirements) <ul><li> Must meet the minimum age requirement and authorized to work in the country you are applying </li><li> Ability to bend, reach, stoop and lift up to 30 pounds safely </li><li> Ability to move about the restaurant and remain standing for an 8 - 12 hour shift </li><li> Team player with attention to detail and ability to multi-task </li></ul> The p hysical demands described above are representative of those that must be met by employees to successfully perform this job.
