Achieve Key Performance Indicators: efficient handle time, productivity in terms of number of calls handled, conversion rates, patient satisfaction scores, accurate info capture, schedule adherence, etc.

Performs a wide variety of account maintenance including but not limited to changes of address, name changes, adding/updating account set up, adding/updating joint owners, adding/updating beneficiaries, closing accounts, processing deceased accounts and notary services. p>The primary functions of the Inbound Call Center Agent are to handle sales and service calls that come in from potential Customers, enter information into our database, and resolve Customer concerns while upholding the highest level of customer service.

The successful Inbound Call Center Agent (Full-time) candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or general education degree (GED).

Working from a prioritized queue, they will review order information, communicate progress updates, address customer inquiries, and ensure clients remain informed throughout the process. This role requires accurate documentation of all customer interactions, utilizing internal systems to track outreach efforts, maintain detailed records, and update order statuses.

Examples of specialized experience include: (1) Working with legal or medical records, documents or benefit/financial accounts which involve applying laws, rules or regulations and written established guidelines and procedures (e.g., basic accounting, accounts payable/receivable); OR (2) Experience conducting face to face and/or telephone interviews to obtain/provide information to resolve problems (e.g., collection agency, telemarketing, customer service, sales, etc.). This involves receiving incoming calls through SSAs National 800 number and conducting interviews to determining the nature of the call or provide information on SSA laws, rules and regulations and Medicare Insurance Programs; obtaining information in order to determine eligibility for programs administered by SSA; and using automation tools to access and update information about claims or potential eligibility.

While following established clinic protocols, responsibilities include; educating patients of the care team and how they can improve their access to care; confirmation of appointments; answering patient questions to connect them to those who can help; identifying and carrying out clinical support duties associated with patient care services and administrative provider support. Utilizing the Call Center Allscripts scheduling software, which provides rapid and professional response to all physician and consumer inquires; appointment requests; ensures accurate appointment scheduling according to template guidelines; communicates with departments and primary care health centers for accurate and efficient scheduling.

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer support by handling high-volume inbound calls, resolving inquiries, processing payments, and addressing service requests. * Manage high-volume inbound calls, efficiently addressing customer inquiries and resolving concerns related to billing, service requests, and account issues.

Key Responsibilities: + Provides Leadership to the operations control center + Develops staff for peak performance through consistent orienting, training, assigning, coaching, counseling, communicating job expectations, enforcing policy and procedure, and disciplining employees + Provides hands-on supervision of the Phoenix Operations Control Center Supervisors, Controllers, and Data Collection team.
