This pharmacist will practice as an integral member of the multidisciplinary care team, partnering closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and the pharmacy staff to ensure safe, effective, and evidence‑based medication management. The specialist will support chemotherapy management, optimize supportive care, participate in clinical research and quality improvement initiatives, and serve as a preceptor for pharmacy students and residents.
