The Site Coordinator oversees daily program operations, supervises and mentors staff, ensures compliance with all licensing and regulatory requirements, implements high-quality curriculum and enrichment activities, builds strong partnerships with families, schools, and community organizations, and supports the continued growth and success of school-based youth programs. Reporting to the Program Director of School-Based Clubs, this position is responsible for ensuring the delivery of safe, engaging, and high-quality youth development programs that support the social, emotional, and academic growth of school-aged children.
