ResponsibilitiesDevelop, execute, and lead operational plans for programs and initiatives related to assigned line of business across all market segments and for maintaining alignment and identifying interdependencies between all program level work effortsCollaborate with various business units, cross functional teams and key stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate and on budget implementation of programsConduct analysis, design solutions, and monitor performance against metrics, business and/or client requirementsManage products/programs and implement tools/enhancements to ensure new strategies are successfully developed and implementedCollaborate with other business units to develop business cases to support new program opportunities/enhancements and performance target metricsOther duties as assignedMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Health Care Administration, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience; HS diploma or GED is required5 years of work experience in healthcare, PBM, specialty pharmacy, or health care consulting1 year of project/program management experienceMust be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
